Since Filthy Figments is having a sale today, here’s a recap of my offerings on the site.
Darlin’ It’s Betta Down Where It’s Wetta is about a mermaid named Pearl who discovers what vaginas are and decides she wants one herself. There are 106 vaginas in this story (true fact! I got bored and counted!) Can you find them all? This is a completed story, 141 pages.
Eat Me is a drug-fueled adventure story about sex and death and power and food and monsters, intended to be a sort of subversion of overplayed vampire tropes. This story just wrapped up with 168 pages.
The Lady Eudora Henley is a beautiful BDSM illustrated story, not quite a comic, in which our young protagonist is taken under the wing of a filthy, depraved mistress. An ongoing series with 80 pages so far.
I have plans for all kind of new stories on the site in the coming months, including probably another mermaid one, so join up now at discount rates, and stick around.
There’s over 4,500 pages of smut on this site, by 23 filthy ladies, and you can access all the archives. A rainbow of different sexual orientations and identities and types of story. You can check out some free preview comics here and make sure to use our super SPECIAL DISCOUNT LINK to get the special pricing.
I’ve had this shirt idea in my head for a while, and with the Michigan Burlesque Festival coming up, I thought now would be a good time to finally make it. If you want one, preorder it now! Order it by Thursday the 28th and it’ll be cheaper, because you’ll be doing me a favor by helping me estimate how many I need of each size. They’ll ship in September.
It’s another free swatch day at Spoonflower! If you order any design on eco canvas, you’ll get it free, without even having to pay shipping, no credit card required. If you get one of my designs, I still get paid for it! It’s one of those nifty ways you can support me without spending any money, and you get something cool. And the awesome thing about this round of free swatches is, it’s canvas, which means you can make cool patches out of it. Sew it onto a bag, make a wallet out of it, the canvas stands up to it. The above are not my only designs, so check out that link above and find something you like for freeeeeee!
Another mermaid magical girl sketch, revamping characters I created when I was 12. I’m basing them off specific fish now, with this gal being based on a halibut, which is a pretty wide fish. Originally this character was light-skinned Japanese, like all the characters, because I was a weeaboo when I was 12. If I do end up making an actual comic of this, I’d like to be a bit more diverse than that, especially since I’d probably set it in America now.
Mermaid magical girl warm up drawing time!
So, this character is from one of the first comics I ever made, back in 7th grade. This was when my mermaid obsession started, which lined up with my Sailor Moon obsession. There was a group of mermaids, who all had magical powers, and they all go to high school and have romances because of course they do when you’re 12 and writing a story.
But I’ve often thought about working with the idea of magical girl mermaids again. Would you guys read a story about superhero mermaids?(Though I’m pretty sure if you already follow me, you’re probably at least a little okay with that.)
Lake Michigan mermaids are having a rough time right now.
