I promise I will finish this comic. Perhaps when I finish this arc of LPFOS I’ll do a couple chapters of Meaty Yogurt. I have them already written I just haven’t found time to draw them but the next few chapters are gooooood!

16 new pages about friendship and drinking bathtub hooch and grandmatricide. And I redesigned the site so the pages are bigger and everything looks prettier and works better.
I built a 3D model of Jackie’s house, and sometimes, when I haven’t draw the comic in a while, I start to miss “visiting” her house and I start drawing it again just so I can walk around her virtual house.

So, I didn’t get a whole chapter done because the restaurant setting complicated things so badly. But here’s a small batch of comics. The next batch shouldn’t take 2 months.

Changes to Rosalarian’s comic lineup
- Meaty Yogurt will update full chapters as they’re finished. No regular Monday updates, because I’d rather have good updates than frequent updates. It isn’t enjoyable for me to jam this square comic into a round schedule so to speak. This is how the comic was always supposed to be, how it used to be.
- Lesbian Pirates will start updating Mondays and Thursdays. I want to get it back to MWF. That’s the goal. The pacing of the story really requires more frequent updates. There are so many characters and I’m tired of going months between seeing some of them.
- More frequent updates for Filthy Figments. Starting a new series that’s kind of surreal, plus new pages for Darlin’ It’s Betta.
Hopefully these change ups will mean comics get a bit more fun for me. Not that they were horrible, but it just wasn’t as fun as I feel it should be, as much fun as it used to be. I know some of you will hate this, others will love it. It’s the way things are gonna be, though.

Jackie tries to go to the film shoot, but her concern for Tom brings her back to Middleville. Or it might have been that she wasn’t all that into the shoot anyway.
Got a bit distracted from updating the Meaty Yogurt tumblr, but it’s all caught up now. Tom’s birthmother drama collides with Jackie’s acting drama. Drama drama drama.
Both YU+ME and Meaty Yogurt star main characters who are fairly self-centered, and the story gets told from their perspective to reenforce that. But the non-main characters always have their own stories going on, and I never forget that, and I like including chapter like this to show that these little universes I’m creating don’t revolve around Jackie or Fiona.
