I’m always conflicted over what to do about sexist ads on my site.

“Hey there, look at my barely covered giant shiny breasts and bedroom eyes and sexy pout. I am a character in a webcomic(???) that is filled with women fulfilling your every desire. Plot? What does that mean? Boobs boobs butt boobs boobs.”

There are a LOT of ads like this.

On the one hand, they’re giving me money. And I haven’t read the comics(???) in question to know if they’re as bad as it looks in the ad. So who am I to judge?

On the other hand, they’re not giving me that much money. And if that’s how they want to advertise their comic, that’s what they’ll be judged on. And it’s my site, and I’m embarrassed that my comic, which strives to have complex, interesting, unique women as characters, would have ads for the complete opposite directly below it.

Actually, I’m not conflicted anymore.

Goodbye, sexist ad.
