my phoenix tattoo
I asked my friend Buck to design me a tattoo, since I’m not too keen on designing my own. I get sick of my own art after a couple years tops, and I suck at drawing birds. She gave me a bunch of different sketches, and I liked different parts of each, particularly these two. So I chopped them up, reassembled them, and added a bit of detail myself.
Now I have to look at this for the next four weeks and hope I don’t find something I hate about it, or at least catch it before I ink it permanently onto myself.
