In college, I somehow gained a reputation as being really happy about pubic hair and earned the name “bush girl”. I’d meet people for the first time and they’d say “Oh my god, you’re bush girl!” No lie.
Anyway, my mom was a photographer/model when I was a kid, and did a lot of nude work in the late 70’s/early 80’s and so full retro nether-fros were commonplace around the house. (Side note: there was one particular image of a nude woman from behind and I was obsessed with her butt growing up and now that I look at it with older eyes, I strongly suspect the model was my mom. And now my butt looks exactly like that, which makes be even more strongly think that lady in the picture is my mom. But now that my butt looks like that, maybe I can pretend I was enraptured with my own future behind rather than my mother’s past ass. Or maybe not. This has been mildly oedipal side notes with Megan Rose Gedris.)
I like to mix up my drawings when it comes to pubes. Different styles, different lengths. In the mermaid porn, the mermaids have scales instead of pubic hair, which I personally think is fucking genius thank you very much.
I don’t think anyone should think too hard about other folks’ pube preferences. It doesn’t matter if your pubes are named Mark Twain or Moby, they’re all objectively good but also no one is bad for having a preference.
